I agree with Phyllis, you are amazing, I admire your perseverance and determination! Hang in there!

It is a highlight of my day to read your journal entries, even the tough days. And your photos make me feel like I’m on the journey with you (as a lazy passenger). Enjoy your day off exploring Hannibal. Best wishes for low winds and good water flow as you continue south.

Sending positive energy your way! I get numbness in my hands when I knit too much.

Do you do any exercises for your hands to stretch them? Similar to leg stretches you'd do pre and post run. Definitely look into this bc you might do damage to your tendons.

Those tow boats are MASSIVE!

I would be so frightened to be in a canoe near them

And what's up with the pink water? I have questions about this!

It’s not in the photo I don’t think but the pink water was right near a sign that said “Municipal Water Intake” so I’m guessing it’s some byproduct of the water treatment process. Like fluoride or something. That’s a total guess though.
